My husband got up at 3:30am today for work, I haven't been able to fall back asleep. So, here's a photo of trip preparations in progress.

Germany! We start in Cochem, veer through Heidelberg and end up in Munich, where the PLAN is we'll meet my father at the airport.

Austria! We're staying in Seckau, 20 minutes outside of the motorcycle rodeo festivities. I only *have* to be in Erzburg on the 26th, so we'll be taking a day trip to Vienna and exploring Eisenerz.

Maybe you noticed I wrote PLAN A at the top? We're supposed to meet my father in Munich and spend the next four days in Austria with him. Well, he hasn't bought his plane ticket yet. He says his friend Don owes him and he'll make him buy his ticket. It's 3 weeks out.

We have a rough Plan B drawn up, just in case. I hope it doesn't come to that.
